Recruitment Resourcer (Community Manager)

Salary: £30,000 + Bonuses (£39,000 OTE)

Location: Waterloo, London (Work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays)

About the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be the heartbeat of our London Temp Team, owning candidate sourcing and engagement. You’ll be the first point of contact for new candidates, building meaningful relationships and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and aligned with our values. You will become the candidate expert on the team, able to identify top talent quickly and effectively.

This is a dynamic, people-first role where you’ll:

• Lead proactive and reactive candidate sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Secs in the City.
• Build and nurture candidate networks, driving referrals and introductions.
• Conduct screening interviews and provide expert advice; even when we’re not the right fit.
• Keep our candidate database accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with consultants to match candidates to roles and share market insights.
