Overview

Location: Wilmslow HQ 3 days per week, 2 days from home.

Training: Training included, apprenticeship pathway available (completely optional).

Your role is to proactively seek out these individuals and engage them in conversations about the exceptional career opportunities we offer.

What you will do

• Advertise vacancies by writing and placing adverts on a range of platforms such as job boards and social media.
• Candidate Sourcing – identify and approach suitable candidates using various methods.
• Manage the recruitment inbox of applications from referrals to direct applications.
• Use of ATS to track data and talent pipeline.
• Qualify / interview candidates over the phone to assess suitability.
• Coordination – Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• To be a Brand Ambassador – You will truly believe in the Citation culture and will sell the amazing opportunities to both experienced and graduate candidates
• Act as that support between Recruitment, HR and IT with new starters and report back any updates
• Market Research – stay up to date on industry trends.
• Reporting (Data is King) – Keep on top of your metrics, we use this to measure success.
• Support with all aspects of social media – we are not experts, so any guidance or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
