A well-respected charity in Redhill is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage the entire recruitment and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills. You will be responsible for creating job adverts, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with policies. This role offers 35 hours per week, with hybrid working available and a commitment to supporting the wellbeing of children and young people in the community.

We are recruiting for a new Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team at YMCA East Surrey. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for all roles across the organisation. Your primary focus is to grow our talent pool by identifying staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies to fill the roles quickly and efficiently.
This role requires someone with a can-do attitude in addition to excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, consisting of Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00, hybrid working available.
