About the Role

As the HR Resourcing Officer, you will support our Senior Resourcing Officer and Resourcing Manager in delivering a professional and effective recruitment service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment and selection processes from post approval to induction.
  • Advisory Role: Provide advice on hard‑to‑recruit positions and best practises in recruitment and selection.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and manage data in line with General Data Protection Regulations.
  • Documentation Preparation: Create and distribute essential correspondence and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Resourcing Manager to enhance business processes for a cost‑effective service.
  • Engagement: Participate in selection processes and attend recruitment events across the county and nationally.
  • Quality Monitoring: Ensure adherence to recruitment procedures and employment legislation.
  • Performance Reporting: Produce performance management information and evaluate recruitment activities.
