A footwear company is seeking a Recruitment Manager based in the greater Bristol area. You will lead global talent acquisition efforts, focusing on building strong hiring strategies and fostering a diverse workplace culture. With a minimum of 3 years in recruitment preferably in the retail or footwear sector, your responsibilities will include sourcing talent, conducting assessments, and enhancing the candidate experience. This role demands a hands-on, proactive approach and requires presence in Bristol at least twice a week.

This role will lead all talent acquisition activities for the global business, and you will be the point of entry for all new Vivo‑ers.
You’ll have a proactive, hands‑on approach and able to confidently hit the ground running (barefoot) across attraction, sourcing, and recruitment, including the following activities:
This is not a Head of Talent role, we are looking for someone keen to grow and develop with us.
You will need to be based in or around the greater Bristol area as our Head Office is based in Wrington and this role WILL require you to be based there at least twice a week.
