Aviation Recruitment Network Limited, part of the Pertemps Network Group, is a leading aviation recruitment supplier in the UK for the commercial aviation industry.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to support high‑volume recruitment campaigns for a range of airport roles. The role is based at our London Heathrow Airport office (SL3 0AA) four days per week, with one remote working day. It is initially a 6‑month fixed‑term position, with the possibility of a permanent offer depending on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening quality candidates using multiple channels
  • Conducting high‑volume telephone and face‑to‑face interviews
  • Preparing candidates for assessment centres and helping facilitate assessment days
  • Managing applicant tracking systems and building high‑volume talent pools for current and future hiring needs
Key Skills & Experience Required
  • UK driving licence and ability to commute to the office four days per week
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Recruitment Delivery role within the UK, focused on high‑volume recruitment
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced RPO or similar high‑volume talent acquisition environment
  • Experience delivering hiring targets
  • IT proficiency, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
