Job description

Our team are lively and busy with a friendly competitiveness between colleagues! mbi Medical are based in Hertford which offers two train stations and ample parking in town.

Our Primary Care desk is an ever-expanding team focusing on both new and existing business in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role. This is a chance to join a team, working with CCG’s, local surgeries, Out of Hours Providers, Urgent Care Centres, HMP’s.

Salary up to £50k basic dependant on experience, coupled with a highly competitive and uncapped commission structure that includes quarterly performance bonuses with the potential of 90k+ OTE . There are regular pay reviews dependant on performance, a clear career progression plus individual and team performance based “company treats”.

Responsibilities
  • Source & develop ongoing business relationships with Candidates
  • Source new clients and negotiate initial contracts
  • Develop ongoing business relationships with Managers
  • Fill urgent temporary cover bookings
  • Working on permanent placements
  • Negotiate ongoing candidate and client rates
  • Liaise with Compliance Department to ensure Candidates are fully vetted
