The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you\'ll take full ownership of your desk, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. You\'ll be building strong client relationships, sourcing and placing top temporary talent, and growing your business pipeline in a thriving, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage your own client base within the FM & Maintenance sector
  • Fill a range of temporary roles quickly and efficiently with high-calibre candidates
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment - from BD and client meetings to candidate placement and aftercare
  • Maintain compliance and documentation in line with industry standards
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
  • Proven 360 recruitment experience (ideally temp desks in FM, Maintenance or similar sectors)
  • A confident, self-motivated, and target-driven individual
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to win and grow accounts
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
