The Role

This is an immediate opportunity to step into a warm desk with established relationships, working closely with a variety of schools to fulfil their staffing needs.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with schools. Your responsibilities will include business development, client meetings, candidate sourcing, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Conduct business development calls and arrange client meetings.
  • Identify, progress, and convert sales leads.
  • Manage and develop client relationships.
  • Attract and place suitable candidates.
  • Conduct candidate registrations following company regulations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed KPI targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Meet and exceed agreed financial targets.

About You

The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months experience within a recruitment role or have at least 1 years B2B, phone sales experience. Must also be located within the area already.
