Join Reed in Camberley as a Senior Temporaries Consultant and take ownership of our successful Temps & Contracts desk within our Business Support division. This high-energy, fast-paced role is ideal for those who thrive in a sales-driven environment and are eager to develop new business, build strong client relationships, and place quality temporary candidates across Camberley, Guildford, and surrounding areas.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop new business and grow the temporary recruitment desk.
  • Manage temporary and contract placements efficiently and accurately.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary assignments.
  • Attend local networking events, client meetings, and exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
