The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at The OPRA Group, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from developing client relationships to managing candidates through to placement. You'll be able to grow your desk, supported by a friendly, collaborative, and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from brief to placement
• Source, attract, and interview high-quality candidates
• Write and post engaging job adverts and outreach messages
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records
• Provide market insights and consultative support to clients
• Achieve personal and team targets with integrity and professionalism
• Represent The OPRA Group’s values across all communication and interactions

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (any sector considered)
