Qualifications

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.
  • Maintain and grow a candidate network of Risk professionals.
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Work closely with consultants to cross-sell and collaborate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1– 3 years of recruitment experience who’s ready to take ownership of a warm desk and build relationships with some of the most prestigious names in the insurance market.

About the Role:

As a Consultant on our Risk desk, you’ll be recruiting mid to senior-level professionals across various risk roles and related areas for global insurers, reinsurers, consultancies, and Lloyd's syndicates.

You’ll inherit a strong portfolio of clients and candidates, while also being given the support and freedom to grow your own relationships and niche within the Risk space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the Risk function
