Recruitment Consultant 4-Day Week (Mon Thu) Durham

Salary: £25k - £32k + Uncapped Commission (Top Earners £100k+)

Location: Belmont, Durham Full-Time

What You ll Do

• Manage and grow client relationships

• Source and speak with candidates daily

• Develop new business via calls, meetings, and LinkedIn

• Build your personal brand and network in your niche

• Negotiate deals and deliver results for clients and candidates
