A leading charity organization is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support vulnerable clients with mental health or physical needs in their return to work. This full-time position involves working closely with clients, health professionals, and local employers across various London boroughs. Ideal candidates should have at least 12 months in a recruitment role and the ability to meet targets.

The charity is expanding their current programmes across London, so seeking multiple hires. The role is supporting vulnerable clients with mental health, or physical support needs back into work. You will be trained in the IPS Employment Support model and become a careers specialist.
Location: Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon & Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Haringey. You’ll be based in one borough.
Hours: This role is full time. Mon to Fri 9 – 5.
Assessment day details: Shepherd's Bush, 8 October (one stage – short presentation, interview, scenario exercise). 3 hours total. Morning or afternoon sessions available.
