Overview

Pay: 25,000.00- 32,000.00 per year

Role: Recruitment Consultant

We are looking to bring onboard a hard working, tenacious and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to work in our new Bromley office located in South East London. You will be working alongside an office of high level recruitment consultants on one of London's hottest Construction / Maintenance Desks.

You will be provided with a proven and successful process driven recruitment training to enable you to perform at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing candidates
• Building lasting relationships with candidates
• Developing new clients through proactive sales calls
• Client visits with existing clients
• Striving to achieve revenue whilst adhering to the necessary quality assurance standards
• Qualifying candidates for a range of roles at all levels.
• Selling a range of jobs to candidates & managing their entire process.
• Working to create candidate pools nationally for specific upcoming pieces of work.
• Utilising and updating internal systems in line with guidelines.
• Providing feedback to clients and candidates effectively and constructively.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of KPIs / results.
• Supporting candidates with the onboarding and compliance processes.
