We are working on behalf of a specialist recruitment and consultancy provider in the telecoms infrastructure space to find an ambitious and energetic 360 Recruitment Consultant with 6 to 18 months of 360 recruitment experience to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven recruiter looking to fast-track their career in a competitive, high-reward environment. Fluency in German is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle - from business development through to candidate placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the German market
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio within the Telecommunications, ICT, and Green Energy sectors
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for client role
  • Negotiate terms of business and manage the offer process to successful placement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Work towards and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs
About you
  • 6-18 months of proven 360 recruitment experience
  • A track record of billing or strong pipeline development is highly desirable
  • Experience recruiting in Telecommunications, ICT, or Green Energy sectors is an advantage
  • Previous experience supporting clients in the German market preferred
  • German language skills are advantageous but not essential
  • Resilient, highly motivated, and driven by success and commission
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
