A regional healthcare trust in Preston is seeking a part-time Recruitment Administrator to manage recruitment processes and provide support to all managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong organizational skills, and be able to communicate effectively with applicants and stakeholders. We have two part-time opportunities available:
Post 1: 22.5 hours per week, permanent contract
Post 2: 18.75 hours per week, fixed‑term for 12 months
The Recruitment Administrators will provide a comprehensive, customer focused and efficient administration service, supporting the People & Organisational Development Directorate in assisting the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives in relation to recruitment and job evaluation. They will provide recruitment support to all managers across the organisation and have responsibility for overseeing the recruitment to both internal and external recruitment initiatives.
The post holders will manage their own case load, overseeing all stages of the recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting and undertaking pre‑employment checks to NHS Employers standards. They will also organise and participate in external and internal recruitment events and meetings as required.
The post holders will also support the wider Employment Services Teams as required to cover during busy periods.
