Qualifications

  • Experience of interviewing suitable candidates and conducting relevant checks prior to appointment.
  • Experience of conducting induction programmes and delivery of relevant pre-start training.
  • General understanding of the Council's recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct the end-to-end coordination of the recruitment process including shortlisting and interviewing.
  • Attend recruitment fairs to promote positions and monitor vacancies.
  • Provide clerical support and administer employment related matters.
