Overview
Develop and engage with top talent in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to promote IOActive as an employer of choice in the security industry. Work closely with the US-based Global Recruiting and Talent Manager and local business leaders to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Clearly identify and define talent needs and fill those in a timely manner.
- Provide input on recruiting strategies, tactics and processes.
- Understand, and consistently and proactively engage with, current and past employees, consultants, contractors, and friends of IOActive, including attending security events throughout the region.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each new hire in the EMEA territory.
- Develop and engage with top talent in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to promote IOActive as an employer of choice in the security industry.
- Demonstrate ability to develop a talent pipeline and recruit top technical talent globally with at least 5-10+ years of prior experience in IT recruiting, preferably in information security.
- Build outstanding relationships, communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, demonstrate leadership, and provide excellent customer service with a passion for technology and people.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to continuous change.
- Maintain high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Engage technical audiences through events, presentations, and other networking activities.
- Travel up to 30%.
Qualifications
- At least 5-10+ years of prior experience in IT recruiting, preferably in information security.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit top technical talent globally.
- Outstanding relationship-building, communication, collaboration, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Interest and ability to travel up to 30%.
- Prior experience in an information security and/or technical consulting environment is highly desired.
