A local healthcare organization is seeking a receptionist in Grays to support patient services and contribute to the efficient running of practices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a calm and efficient manner. This part-time role offers the chance to work in a supportive environment with a focus on high-quality patient care.
Stanford-le-Hope & Corringham PCN are looking for a receptionist to join their friendly team for 15 hours per week working Monday to Wednesday 8 : 00am 1 : 00pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role at the heart of our patient services supporting individuals to access the care they need while contributing to the smooth and efficient running of our practices.
As a receptionist / care navigator you will be the first point of contact for patients whether in person by phone or online you’ll ensure every interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency and professionalism.
General practice is a challenging environment that requires a calm and caring approach with the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player who has customer service / patient experience offers excellent communication skills and has the following attributes :

Previous experience in a medical or healthcare receptionist role
