  • for the ultimate night out in the fast lane… The Role As a Reception Team Member, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in setting the tone for their visit.

You’ll deliver a warm, efficient, and memorable welcome while managing bookings, answering queries, and supporting the smooth flow of guests throughout the venue.

This is a guest‑facing role that suits someone confident, friendly, and passionate about great service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and energetic approach
  • Manage guest check‑ins, bookings, and walk‑ins using our booking systems
  • Handle phone, email, and in‑person enquiries clearly and confidently
  • Provide information about racing experiences, food & drink, and events
  • Coordinate with Floor, Bar, and Guest Experience teams to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately
  • Resolve minor guest issues promptly, escalating when necessaryMaintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
  • Follow company policies, health & safety, and brand standards at all times
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous customer service or reception experience (hospitality or leisure preferred)
  • Confident communicator with a warm, welcoming personality
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using booking systems, tills, and basic computer software
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in busy, high‑energy environments
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Interest in F1®, gaming, or experiential entertainment is a bonus (but not essential)
