Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our experienced reception/admin team. We are a friendly partnership looking for people to strengthen our team with the possibility of training and development.

Great communication skills are required as this will be a predominantely patient facing role.

Main duties of the job

In this role you will be required to:

Job responsibilities

Main Duties:1. To provide positive, friendly and helpful customer service to our patients,both in person and on the telephone.2. Book, confirm and cancel appointments and handle enquiries3. Compose, print, mail and scan correspondence4. Ensure the correct processing of administrative tasks5. Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal andfinancial information.6. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting neededchanges.7. Support and promote Health and Safety practice at the surgery8. Support and cover other staff members as necessary
