A large acute hospital trust in the south-east of England is seeking a Receptionist/Cashier to provide confidential and accurate reception and cashier services. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel welcome. Strong numeracy, communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential for this role. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Cashier to join our Estates & Facilities Admin Team to provide confidential, accurate reception and cashier service at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals. The post requires a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages and training will be provided for any Trust specific systems.
Working as part of the Reception and Cashier team, you will provide a first point of contact for all visitors to the hospital. You will make a positive contribution towards an atmosphere that ensures all visitors feel welcome, leaving them with a positive view of the Trust. All team members will be expected to cover both reception and cashier duties, ensuring that these services are available at all times.
Good numeracy skills and previous experience in carrying out simple accounting duties is essential, together with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. You must have a flexible approach with an ability to prioritise your workload.
