Job description

The Grove Surgery in Felixstowe are looking for a receptionist on a part-time basis to join our busy team. Our surgery is an extremely busy practice and is expanding all the time. The staff and management are passionate about providing the best care for their patients.

The GP receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, providing friendly, efficient front-desk and telephone support.

You will be required to cover extra shifts to support your team so you will need to be flexible.

Main duties of the job
  • Making and answering calls
  • Liaising with clinicians both in the surgery and elsewhere
  • Organising appointments and telephone calls etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records
