Overview

Occupational Health is looking for a Receptionist to join our busy team. You will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of customer service. You will maintain high standards while acting as the first point of contact for visitors to OH, using appropriate communication methods clearly and professionally. You will welcome and treat everyone with friendliness and courtesy, ensuring discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, and deal with queries from clinicians, patients, visitors, or maintenance staff.
  • Receive, process and ensure Management, Self and Physio referrals are processed in a timely way to support departmental KPIs.
  • Operate start-of-day procedures in line with departmental policy to ensure reception is open and prepared for clinical staff to receive patients.
