A recruitment agency is seeking a Receptionist Call Handler for a two-month assignment in Wakefield. This role involves handling incoming and outbound courtesy calls, with no sales involved. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional attitude, good customer service skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. This position offers 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.

We are seeking to recruit a receptionist for a two month assignment (may be extended) with one of our brilliant clients in Wakefield. You'll be handling incoming calls and making outbound courtesy calls to customers. This is not a sales role.
You will be working within a great team in a professional environment.
Candidates will have a friendly, professional and pro‑active attitude to delivering the exceptional standards of customer service and care our client is known to deliver.
You will also need to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
