Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our Team at the Darwin Centre. We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (15 hours per week). As the first point of contact either in person or by telephone, the Receptionist plays a key role in establishing and maintaining good relations with members of the public, ensuring that patients are attended to with care and sensitivity and that meeting their needs is a top priority.

Responsibilities
  • Answering telephone calls, booking appointments and providing support for the Team.
  • To work primarily on Reception undertaking any telephonist duties under the general direction of the Administration Manager, ensuring that a professional, efficient and cost effective service is provided to staff and the public at all times.
