As a Receptionist, your focus will be to offer professional, high‑quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as provide a range of administrative services. Other responsibilities include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, maintaining reception‑related administration, and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure the reception area is well‑maintained.

Package Description:
Shift pattern: Alternating weekends – 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, four days a week.
Your focus as a receptionist will be to offer professional, high‑quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as provide a range of administrative services.

Please note this role will require:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be confident in using computers, have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude, and have previous exposure to problem‑solving and client complaints. Additional skills such as previous experience in customer service or healthcare settings are desirable.
