A vibrant hospitality venue in Greater London is seeking Hosts to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidates will excel in customer service, ensuring guests have a delightful experience at the venue. Responsibilities include managing reservations, optimizing guest flow, and collaborating with the team to maintain high standards of service. As the successful host you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and a desire to work as part of a team. You will have experience working in a similar environment, be an active team player with excellent communication skills, and have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail.
We are searching for a new team of hosts to be the first contact guests have when they visit Aragon House. Friendly customer service is key for us, and we are looking for the right candidates to deliver excellent service and great organisation within the role to ensure the customer and business needs are met.
You will be responsible for managing reservation systems for the front of house and hotel, optimising table and hotel allocation and guest flow, working closely with front of house, hotel and management team to deliver service excellence. Strong organisational skills are key for this role with admin responsibilities.
