Reception Manager ***luxury hotel in London***

We are looking for an enthusiastic Reception Manager to join our family on a full time basis. This position reports to the Front Office Manager.

Working pattern: 4 days on 4 days off / shift work 8am to 8pm

We are looking for someone with previous hotel Reception Manager experience withexcellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Hasa positive attitude towards training and development and enjoysdelivering personalisedoutstanding service to our guest.

As a Reception Manager you will be:

  • Responsible for the day to day running of the Reception department
  • Lead a professional team ensuring their training and development
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction andensuring guests receive personalised, attentive service
  • Innovating ideas and experiences that enhance our guests’ stay
  • caring out regular audit standards
  • On a daily basis to supervise the smooth running of all FO operations
  • Assist with rotas, time sheets, payroll and holiday management
