You will have experience working in a hotel reception and ideally with the reservations system Opera. You will manage a small team and take on some Duty Manager responsibilities during the week.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a hotel reception team, providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Act as Duty Manager as required, overseeing operations and guest issues during your shifts.
- Collaborate with front-of-house and other departments to deliver high standards of service consistent with Malmaison brand.
- Utilise the Opera reservations system where applicable to manage bookings and guest information.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a hotel reception environment.
- Experience managing a small team and taking on Duty Manager responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Opera reservations system is preferred.
