Overview

Reception Manager - Competitive Salary, 40 hours per week. Permanent contract. Location: Cheltenham. Be the face of our hotel, deliver celebrity service, and enjoy a range of perks and development opportunities with Malmaison.

You will have experience working in a hotel reception and ideally with the reservations system Opera. You will manage a small team and take on some Duty Manager responsibilities during the week.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a hotel reception team, providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Act as Duty Manager as required, overseeing operations and guest issues during your shifts.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and other departments to deliver high standards of service consistent with Malmaison brand.
  • Utilise the Opera reservations system where applicable to manage bookings and guest information.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a hotel reception environment.

  • Familiarity with Opera reservations system is preferred.
