The Opportunity

Are you a highly motivated and experienced individual ready to make a difference? We're looking for ekstræដ​ a dynamic Reception Manager who will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do:

  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Oversee Reservations: Ensure the figured system is accurate and efficiently managed, handling guest bookings with precision.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work with other departments to fulfil all guest requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner.
