Position: Reception and Club Host

Location: Chelsea Barracks

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 0700 - 1900

Salary: £30,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based at the iconic Chelsea Barracks, an ultra-high-end prime residential development in Belgravia compromising of a collection of apartments, penthouses and townhouses, set around seven garden squares.

This position will be specifically based at The Garrison Club, a private members club for residents only, located within the Chelsea Barracks Development. Amenities include a state-of-the-art spa and gym, private cinema, billiards room, residents' lounge, and business suites.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Reception and Club Host at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Proficient in IT skills to manage bookings and correspond to staff and residents via email.
  • In possession of fantastic organisational skills within a busy and demanding environment.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
