THE EMPLOYER IS: J&R ELECTRICAL (NI) T/A ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

We are a growing renewable energy installer, providing services throughout Ireland. Our primary services are the supply and installation of Solar PV systems to Domestic, Commercial and Agricultural customers.

We are looking for a person who is prepared to work with a professional and motivated team. The successful candidate will report to the Company Directors and Office Manager.

The role involves providing administrative assistance to the Directors, Office Manager and any other department that requires support.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with initial enquiries.
  • Assisting the Directors in their administrative responsibilities.
  • Admin support to the Office Manager and general administrative support for the smooth running of the company.
  • Logging customer details onto the company CRM.
  • Any other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT experience.
  • Be a good team member with strong work ethic.
  • Good time management with great attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn.Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent social skills and customer awareness.
Further Information

The job is a JobStart opportunity. Standard hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/reduced hours may be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional hours may be offered depending on availability – to be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment. Salary: £7.55 per hour for ages 16-17, £10.00 per hour for ages 18-20, £12.21 per hour for ages 21 and above. Contract type: temporary. Location: Dromore, Co Tyrone. Weekly hours: 25. Published date: 11/12/2025. Closing date: 21/01/2026.
