Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of administration and/or office procedures.
  • Demonstrable customer care and/or reception experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient clerical and administrative support.
  • Manage mail and deliveries, and maintain records.
  • Support reception staff with daily operations.
