Job summary

A leading e-commerce company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Flight Monitor to oversee real-time drone operations and ensure compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring active drones and responding to deviations from flight paths. The ideal candidate must possess a CAA A1 & A3 Drone certificate and experience in unmanned aircraft systems. This role is critical to delivering packages safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in working collaboratively to promote a strong safety culture.
• Understanding of CAP 722 and SORA.
• UK GVC drone pilot certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all active drones within your assigned region.
• Respond to any deviations from planned flight paths.
• Support daily briefings to ensure smooth flight operations.

Skills

CAA A1 & A3 Drone certificate

Experience in operating unmanned aircraft systems (UAS)

Excellent business communication skills

Fluency in English (C1)
