This opportunity is for a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor/Associate to join our client's highly regarded property disputes team. The role is based in Manchester and requires expertise in handling real estate disputes with a focus on delivering exceptional legal advice.

Our client is an award winning law firm with offices in Manchester. Their real estate work comprises over 50% of the business so you will be working with some fantastic clients and great quality work. Due to securing another client they are looking for a Real Estates Disputes Solicitor/Associate to join their team.

Description

As a Real Estates Disputes Solicitor/Associate your duties will include:

  • Advising on landlord and tenant disputes (lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture)
  • Handling development-related issues (rights of light, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes)
  • Managing possession claims and trespass actions
  • Supporting property insolvency and enforcement work
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel
  • Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Supporting senior colleagues on complex litigation and ADR matters
  • Contributing to team training, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members
  • Getting involved in marketing and business development initiatives
Profile
