Real Estate Solicitor – 2+ PQE

TSR Legal are delighted to partner with one of Cardiff’s leading law firms in their search for a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 2 years post post-qualification experience. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and real estate finance matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth and success of our client's commercial real estate department.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advising on Property Transactions: Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial properties.
  • Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: Prepare, review, and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, licenses, and other related legal documents.
  • Property Development: Assist clients with legal aspects of property development, including planning agreements, land assembly, and financing.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct detailed due diligence, including title review, searches, and environmental considerations.
  • Landlord and Tenant Matters: Advise both landlords and tenants on lease negotiations, renewals, and disputes.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and strategic legal advice.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including corporate and litigation teams, to provide holistic legal services.
