Real Estate Solicitor, 2–4 Years PQE, London, £75,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join this Legal 500-ranked Real Estate team in London. JOB REF:0729.

THE ROLE:

1. You will be advising a broad and high-profile client base on complex commercial property transactions.
2. Your caseload will include Investment acquisitions and disposals, including sale and leaseback, Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and portfolio management, and Development site acquisitions, agreements, and onward disposals.
3. You will also have the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues, take part in business development initiatives, and play a key role in complex, high-value transactions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with between 2–4 years PQE, with experience with a city firm.
2. Hands-on experience in landlord and tenant work.
3. Strong title review and negotiation skills.
4. A proactive, collaborative approach to work and client service.
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
