Real Estate Solicitor (Professional Support Lawyer), 5+ PQE, Hampshire, £65-80,000 (DOE)

Fantastic opportunity for a driven Professional Support Lawyer to join a growing Commercial Property team within a nationally recognised Legal 500 firm. The Role:

The successful candidate will develop strong working relationships across the firm and play a key role in improving the quality and consistency of departmental documentation. Core responsibilities include drafting precedents and user guidance, reviewing existing materials, and recommending updates to ensure they reflect current best practice. You will also review, approve, and coordinate documentation produced by the Commercial Property team, and design and deliver relevant technical training. Additionally, you will evaluate departmental systems and processes to identify and implement improvements, prepare articles and press releases, produce content for the firm’s website, and support lawyers with queries, working alongside the Information Team to enhance research where needed.

The Candidate:

Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors with at least five years’ PQE, strong technical expertise, and proven client‑facing experience gained within a major city, national, or regional firm. Candidates should be confident and personable, with exceptional drafting skills and strong academic credentials.
