Job title: Real Estate Partner (Residential Development) – Location: Southampton – Salary: £90k-£120k - depending on experience – PQE Level: 10+ – Contract Type: Permanent – Working Hours: Full-time

I'm working with a top-tier national law firm seeking a Commercial Property Partner to join its award-winning Real Estate division. Known for advising three of the UK's top five housebuilders, this firm offers high-quality work across land acquisition, planning, development, and plot sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex development work and play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth and success of the department.
• Ideally bring a client following or currently act for a panelled PLC housebuilder; strong business development skills and a proven billing track record are important.
