Responsibilities

As a Real Estate NQ/Solicitor your duties will include:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Advising clients on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
  • Conducting due diligence and managing property-related searches.
  • Supporting senior solicitors with complex legal cases and negotiations.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Providing assistance in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
