Real Estate Associate (NQ-2 PQE) - Leeds

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior Real Estate lawyer (NQ-2 PQE) to join a well-regarded national firm in Leeds city centre.

The Role
You will join a highly respected Real Estate team with exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including investment, development, regeneration, utilities, renewable energy, and landlord/tenant work. The successful candidate will benefit from close mentoring and the chance to take on high-quality work from day one.

Typical instructions include:

Advising on lease matters (grants, terminations, regears) for both landlord and tenant clients

Handling consent applications for large landowners (licences to assign, alter, charge, underlet)

Reviewing title and searches, raising enquiries, and preparing reports to clients

Supporting finance transactions by reviewing and reporting to institutional lenders

Attending client meetings and contributing to wider transactional work

The client base is varied, including developers, investors, charities, institutional lenders, and insolvency practitioners.

About You

NQ-2 PQE solicitor with experience in Real Estate (seats or post-qualification)

Strong technical skills with a commercial outlook
