Job description

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to develop your skills and understanding of the Real Estate industry at one of the UKs most exciting forward-thinking businesses. As part of this graduate programme you will also get to study an industry leading qualification that will help set you up for a successful career.

What Youll Do

Over a 27-month programme you will :

  • Experience five rotations across the Real Estate business. Youll have the opportunity to spend 6 months in four of our Lending and Investment teams and a further 3 months working in the Octopus Capital Corporate Development team.
  • Study for a RICS CAIA or CFA qualification.
  • Participate in our credit and investment committees as you take new transactions from end to end.
  • Complete a two-week secondment in a valuation role at one of our partner firms.
  • Gain direct exposure to investor borrower and broker relationships.
  • Learn how to identify gaps in the market and structure new funds to help fulfil the Octopus Capital growth strategy.
  • Develop your network within the industry by attending webinars and events.

Additional Information
Timelines for the Hiring Process

As part of your application you’ll be asked to complete three written questions. If your responses impress us you’ll be invited to complete a short video assessment.

Candidates who are successful at this stage will then progress to an online interview.

Following the interview shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend our in-person assessment centre at our head office in London on 4th December. Prior to this we’ll also ask you to complete a short personality questionnaire.
