A leading Real Estate firm in London is looking for graduates for a 27-month programme that offers rotations across various teams, including Lending and Investment. Participants will gain a RICS CAIA or CFA qualification while developing their skills in real estate finance and investment management. The role includes responsibilities like participating in credit committees and gaining exposure to market strategies. The firm promotes a hybrid working environment and values diversity and inclusion.

Over a 27-month programme you will :
As part of your application you’ll be asked to complete three written questions. If your responses impress us you’ll be invited to complete a short video assessment.
Candidates who are successful at this stage will then progress to an online interview.
Following the interview shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend our in-person assessment centre at our head office in London on 4th December. Prior to this we’ll also ask you to complete a short personality questionnaire.
