The Role

As a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Finance practice, you will work on a range of real estate finance transactions. You will be involved in high-profile deals, working closely with lenders and borrowers on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Advising clients on real estate-backed finance transactions
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and other financing arrangements
  • Conducting and managing due diligence on financing structures
  • Providing strategic legal advice to clients across various sectors
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute transactions efficiently
  • Engaging in business development and contributing to the growth of the practice
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with 5+ years' PQE in real estate finance transactions
  • Strong technical knowledge of finance law, with experience drafting and negotiating key documents
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions independently while working within a team
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
