Real Estate Finance Lawyer - 6+ PQE

Location: Greater London – £130,000 - £180,000

My client, a US-headquartered law firm with offices worldwide, is seeking an experienced real estate finance lawyer to join their busy team in London.

They are looking for candidates with upwards of 6 PQE to lead real estate finance transactions for their clients.

The REF practice is part of the broader banking & finance team. Clients include national and international developers, funds, banks, alternative lenders, issuers, and arrangers. The team handles both investment and development financing across sectors such as retail, hotels, healthcare, student accommodation, logistics, leisure, and industrials.

Applicants qualified in England & Wales or other Commonwealth jurisdictions (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, etc.) are encouraged to apply. The firm will consider general banking & finance lawyers with experience leading real estate finance deals.
