Tier 1 Practice | International Law Firm | London (Hybrid)

Accuflex is working with a leading international law firm to offer an outstanding opportunity for a talented Real Estate Finance Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their Tier 1-ranked team in London.

This role offers the chance to work on some of the most complex and high-value real estate finance transactions in the market, advising major institutional clients across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors. You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team known for delivering excellence across secured lending structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise lenders and borrowers on real estate investment and development finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks across secured lending frameworks.
• Collaborate with real estate, tax, and corporate teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Engage directly with clients and contribute to strategic transaction planning.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE.
• Experience in real estate finance or general banking and finance, ideally from a recognised law firm.
• Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to legal problem-solving.
• Excellent drafting and stakeholder communication skills.
