Reactive Maintenance Planning Manager

Location : Coventry

(Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home)

Salary : £55,000 - £60,000 (Basic)

The Resolute group are working in partnership with a Management consultancy focused in delivering transformation projects in the Utilities sector.

Following the award of a new national framework centred on Streetworks planning, software implementation, and end-to-end process improvement, we are expanding the team and recruiting several key roles including an experienced Planning Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence national-level change, working at the heart of operational improvement and digital transformation.

As a Planning Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in analysing existing operational processes and supporting the rollout of new, streamlined systems and procedures. You'll work closely with operational teams, schedulers, and senior stakeholders to ensure the transition to new tools and processes is smooth, effective, and aligned with best practice.

We are looking for someone who brings strong Reactive Maintenance Planning experience, who understands the pressures of operational environments and knows how to build efficient master plans that schedulers can execute effectively.
