Salary: £35,000–£38,000 per year (average) + opportunity to earn more

A well-established building services and facilities maintenance provider is looking for a skilled Reactive Handyman to join their team. The company supports a range of commercial properties, including offices, retail sites, healthcare facilities, schools, and mixed‑use buildings. Most work involves maintaining and repairing building fabric elements, ensuring sites remain safe, functional, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities
  • General fabric maintenance, repairs, and small works across commercial sites
  • Carpentry, joinery, and door repairs
  • Basic plumbing and patch plastering
  • Painting, decorating, and finishing tasks
  • Attending reactive call‑outs for urgent building or fabric issues
