A leading UK care provider is seeking a Rapid Response Care Assistant in Portsmouth. This role involves providing care to clients with complex needs and requires prior experience in complex care settings. You will receive comprehensive training and support as you work on an on-call rota across various locations. Ideal candidates are compassionate, resilient, and willing to travel, making a real difference in clients' lives while enhancing their own skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy ventilation seizure management and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages in the community and in their homes with Spinal Cord injury Muskcular dystrophy acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.
You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though is that you’ll be making your clients days brighter whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
